I have had terrible time with this service center. Sold me a $80 thousand dollar car and then take forever to work on it. Last year the told me the wouldn’t look at it for 7 months because I had progr Sold me a $80 thousand dollar car and then take forever to work on it. Last year the told me the wouldn’t look at it for 7 months because I had progressive insurance. I have just recently taken it in for a coolant leak and they had it for 3 weeks. First they tried to charge me for 2 different diagnostics ($200 each). They still have not addressed me on the coolant control valve that I have asked them to check multiple times as it is a known issue with my motor. And as I had already had found that it was losing coolant without a physical leak. I’ve asked them to call me they still have not and have avoided answering about said issue via text. Instead have sent me multiple requests for service on things that don’t need to be done. Which they would know if they called and followed up with me while the car is there. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. More

I was greeted when I pulled my vehicle into the service department. Got checked in very easily. I got a complimentary shuttle ride to and from work.
