It’s all about my service advisor, Missy. She is the ONLY reason I bring my car in for servicing every 5K miles. When she’s out of the office, I wait for her to come back. She ALWAYS returns She is the ONLY reason I bring my car in for servicing every 5K miles. When she’s out of the office, I wait for her to come back. She ALWAYS returns my calls, gets me scheduled, gives me a loaner so I can get things done, explains everything that needs to be done and called me to let me know I needed 4 new tires. Missy kept me informed throughout the time my vehicle was there. She is professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers. She explains things in detail at my level of understanding. THANK YOU, MISSY!!!!! More

My entire experience was impressive from start to finish. As a working wife and mother of 3 my schedule is very demanding. I had to reach out several times to adjust my appointment date/time because of unexp As a working wife and mother of 3 my schedule is very demanding. I had to reach out several times to adjust my appointment date/time because of unexpected events and the reps were accommodating every time. It was the Service Manager Missy Web-Harris who by far exceeded my expectations. In addition to my scheduled maintenance there was also a recall that needed attention. Missy didn’t burden me with having to figure out how I was going to fit this in my schedule. She proactively reviewed my profile identifying I wasn’t a local resident and recommended a way we could get everything done. When I shared I also had an older vehicle with an outstanding recall, Missy took the initiative to share how they would seamlessly take care of it also. I had a few questions and request and at no point did I feel like I was a bother. When Missy followed up, she knew all the details and anticipated any additional questions I would have. This wasn’t just excellent Customer Service; I received an amazing Customer Experience. More
