Today is monday, i drove the 125 miles, met salesman Todd Gray, we test drove the car, came back and met with Lisa Pape in finance. Todd Gray then programed our phones ,and onstar for us. Best Car Buying Experience, EVER!! I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruz I had been looking at cars for over a month. I would reach out to dealers and no one would call me back. I was specifically looking for a Chevy Cruze. I did the prequalification process prior to beginning my search. I found a Chevy Cruze on Dave Gill Chevrolet website and I immediately got a response from Miranda, asking me when I could come in and test drive a car. This was late in the evening so I was surprised that someone was even available. The next morning I got a call to set up a time. I was told to ask for Tracey Saura when I came in. I went in and Tracey met me at the door, I test drove the car. She thoroughly explained all the features of the car so that I knew what everything was. She encouraged driving on the freeway, which I really liked. I got back to the salesroom and Tracey asked me what I wanted to do. I let her know exactly what I was putting down and what kind of payment I wanted. I had several managers come up and great me during my experience there and the more we talked, I felt like a part of the family. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to get everything finalized and took the car home that same night. Next morning Tracey reached out to me to see if I had any questions and thanked me for my business. I would recommend anyone to Dave Gill Chevrolet and have them ask for Tracey! More

Everyone involved with the process was very kind, respectful and professional. I felt comfortable and confident that I went to the right dealership. I left today in a van that accommodates my large family. I couldn't have been more pleased with the team there. No one was pushy or rude. It was awesome. I highly recommend anyone to check out their inventory when looking for a new or used vehicle. You won't regret it. More

Allen was professional, knowledgable, and extremely personable. We felt so comfortable talking with him and trusted him from the first few moments we spoke to him. I wouldn't think about purchasing a future vehicle from anyone except Dave Gill. Kevin has a wonderful group working for him, and we felt he was VERY fair with the purchase price and our trade-in.
