I've purchase 4 Fords from this dealership and the Service and pushy salespeople have gotten progressively worse every year. They wrecked my car during service then tried to say I brought it in that w Service and pushy salespeople have gotten progressively worse every year. They wrecked my car during service then tried to say I brought it in that way. This was before they took pictures of the car and they gave me a carbon copy showing no damage when I dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up and it had major damage and they showed me their copy with an X where the damage was that they had added. Luckily I had my copy that showed no damage. They still tried to argue it was like that calling me a liar. I had to fight but finally they paid to fix the car. Their Service is always slow and they never have loaner cars available to give you for warranty work. The quick lane takes hours even when nobody is in line The last straw was when two unprofessional individuals Mike and Mindy harassed my wife and I to purchase our Ford at lease end. They would set appointments we never made to meet without our permission and called both my wife and I several times. We told them we would call when we were ready but they didn't respect that. We finally decided to go through the Findlay Lincoln and had an Amazing experience. We will never be back to Ford Country again! More

Completely amazing experience, beyond extremely satisfied! Okay guys, you want the truth? Because I'm going to give it to you straight. Ford Country is hands down, by far the best dealership I've ever had the Okay guys, you want the truth? Because I'm going to give it to you straight. Ford Country is hands down, by far the best dealership I've ever had the PLEASURE of coming in contact with. I capitalize 'pleasure' because usually being at a dealership isn't all that great, but at Ford Country they really do their absolute best to take care of you. I'll let you in on my experience with them just so my claims will be solidified. So, I went in over Labor Day weekend after speaking with Mindy Zaragoza and telling her what kind of car I was interested in (Red Ford Focus-Titanium). Admittedly, I don't have the best credit...or even good credit to put it mildly and I didn't have a lot of money to put down, so even though I knew what kind of car I wanted...I didn't know if I was going to be able to leave with that car. Anyways, so I show up for my appointment with Mindy and when I came in she had basically everything all set up for me, which was totally amazing. Dan Jones, Carlos Escamilla, and Mindy all came and sat down with me and Dan told me what price ranges I needed to stick within because the car that I had originally had in mind was a bit too expensive. I told them that I really loved the Ford Focus and so Dan suggested going with a Ford Focus SE instead of the Titanium, which I was completely fine with. I told the three of them that I honestly much preferred the charcoal grey color to the red, and before I knew it Dan was starting the paperwork up for the Magnetic Metallic 2015 Ford Focus SE while Carlos went to go to their off-lot and drive the car over so I could take a look at it. Mindy stayed with me the whole time which was really great, always nice to have some company. When Carlos drove up with the car, I fell in love. I was so happy with it. We went back inside to finish all the details and paperwork and I don't know how Dan pulled it off, but he got me a $260.00 monthly payment with 1.9% interest...BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! When I went to financing with Kelly she hooked me up. I got the GAP and extended warranty added to my plan which only added $9.00 to my monthly payment, PLUS it brought my interest rate down to 0%. Dan, Mindy, Carlos, and Kelly were all so incredibly wonderful and kind, they pulled off a miracle! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anybody I know. More

I took the bus to the dealership hoping and praying to drive off the lot with a car. The year or model I didn't too much care about, a 2007-2010 would've been great for me. I walked in the dealership with little also not great credit and not much money to put down. My car dealer Dan Jones worked his magic and got me a brand new 2016 Ford Fushion with 0 miles on it. Yes you read it correctly ZERO ZIP ZILCH NADA NO miles. At 1.9% interest and $360/month. Dan is a genius. My expectations were overly achieved. I mean I saw tons of people there getting new cars left and right. I saw a family with two kids buying a new truck and more. So I recommend the whole dealership to anyone. Great service great work and terrific people. More

After I received a email from Mindy Zaragoza from Ford Country that they could help, I spoke with Bob Rusca who got me approved. About a week later, I had to return to the dealership where the finance manager (Sam) got me an even better deal knocking off an entire year of payments without changing my current payment. They could have left the deal as is but instead worked out a better deal for me. So if you looking for a dealership that's actually looking out for you. Go see Bob Rusca and Sam in finance is like a magician with numbers. If I was still on board an Aircraft carrier I would recommend this dealership to all my shipmates. More
