This had to be the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 experience I've ever had! EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly, informative and went the distance to earn my business. I drove almost 4 hours, I live near Indiana, PA, to purchase my Subaru Ascent and it was well worth the trip. Starting with Chuck taking the time to make and send me a video of the car to Milton working to make all options and numbers work, to Shawn taking the time to chat, to Bill, one of the Service Managers giving me a mini tour of their ultra clean service area to Aaron, (I think) detailing my car to make sure it was just perfect and chatting . . . forgive me if I forgot anyone! I am willing to travel, obviously, for good service at a fair price and these folks delivered!! If you are even considering a Subaru, save your time and just go to Heritage . . . an A++ experience!! More

I need to take a moment and actually thank Milton Taylor for such a terrible experience with my first auto purchase. After my wife and myself purchased our Subaru Crosstrek from Heritage Subaru we felt grea for such a terrible experience with my first auto purchase. After my wife and myself purchased our Subaru Crosstrek from Heritage Subaru we felt great with our first car purchase… until we had family look over the paperwork and realize we have been ripped off. This was entirely on us for not reviewing the paperwork fully and trusting a scam artist fully. So we will take the blame for being uneducated, but if you are anything like us and want to trust a finance guy from a dealership, maybe think twice before trusting Milton. During the finance paperwork we requested that the paint protection warranty was not to be added on. After Milton explained 3 times why we should add it and we said 3 times why we did not want it he still added it on anyways without our knowledge. The second mistake was when we needed to read over paperwork, but he wanted to talk about ANYTHING and EVERYTHING besides the paperwork that way we can just get it signed and walk away without realizing what we were signing. I think this dealership is a fine dealership to purchase a car, but think twice before you work with a crooked finance guy like Milton Taylor. More
