I paid a premium for the Toyota brand. A brand that use to be founded on high quality - reliability - affordability once purchased . I purchased an extended warranty so I wouldn't have high repair cost because I can't afford a premium car and premium maintenance. Insult to injury - someone has the tenacity to ask if I wanted to look at new cars with the sales department Find a new business model. I'm re-thinking my purchase to ever buy a Toyota - Toyota Dealer = Used Car salesman who think that customers are their personal piggy banks they have to thump to get the coins to fall out. I despise your business model. Call it for what it is... Profit Center that changes oil. More

The team was great to work with and made it simple to check in. I was a little frustrated when picking up the car, a number of people sat on computers letting one young lady help a line of people herself check in. I was a little frustrated when picking up the car, a number of people sat on computers letting one young lady help a line of people herself. I work in customer care and the person in front of you should always take priority over notes on the computer. However I will return because the young lady that helped me was amazing!
