My wife wrote a 1-star review for this dealership after a negative experience. Milan, the store manager, reached out to me, asking what he could do to get her to remove it. For almost a week straight, he texted me daily, asking if we would accept a check for $250 to take down the review. I had stopped responding and finally told him what we would want to take the review down was not feasible. He says try me. I tell him it won't happen, but let him know anyway. Milan finally says it is unfair and unreasonable and laughs. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of professionalism and sincere care is astonishing. Offering money to remove a bad review from Google is against Google's terms of service and is illegal. More
