We had scheduled an appointment with Mark Tallarico but when we got to the dealership Mark was off that day. Luckily we ran into Scott Scidmore in the parking lot to ask him if we could park where the new vehicles were because the customer parking lot was full. We then met Scott again in the showroom and he was able to help us and make a deal that was good for us and we purchased it and drove it home the same day. This is our second Bronco as we purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport Outbanks for my wife in January. We found out that Scott lives in the same town as we do so it felt like we had a personal connection. We will for sure bring both Bronco's in for service work and preventive maintenance at Luther. Also a shout out to Mikki Shea and Brad Eyler for explaining all our options on vehicle protection packages and warranty/financing. More

Jerry Johnson was great he was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Almost everyone else represented your dealership very well. When I told him I do all my own maintenance work, he got grumpy and threatened me, with you can not do all of the work and only Ford could do the work, because of all the computer stuff. I told him that was my profession, as well as vehicle work, He persisted to push, and not accept what I told him. That was disappointing!! We have used Tousley/ AutoNation for our purchases over our lifetime, but I was overall impressed with Luther! More

North Country Ford was very patient with us as we decided on the F-350 they had just gotten in on their lot. Erin, our saleswoman, was extremely accommodating and very nice! She felt like a friend from the moment we met her. Once we chose that truck, it took a while for the process to be complete, we sat at the dealership for most of the day. As we waited for the paperwork to be completed we met with Mikki who walked us through all the add-on options we could do for our new truck and she made very quick turnaround for scheduling for the add-ons we did choose! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would definitely purchase a vehicle from North Country and from Erin and Mikki again! More
