We had an appointment with Mikhail but Yuri came out right away to greet us. He was super efficient when I said I DONT WANT TO WASTE TIME because I already knew what I came in for. Wow what a wonderful experience…extremely honest, no hard sell…just happy to get you into the car you want. It honestly seemed like everyone who works there likes it there.
