Car purchase was quick and efficient. Car of choice was not in inventory, but one was located elsewhere. My car was appraised and a deal was made. The Finance Manager continually blamed the foreign Korean Kia for the many times the contract was either rejected or needed to be redone. Thankfully we were able to, during a third amendment to the contract Kia for the many times the contract was either rejected or needed to be redone. Thankfully we were able to, during a third amendment to the contract, have him REMOVE A CHARGE for oil changes car washes and some other nonsense I never agreed to thereby racing my car payment by around $50 or $60 a month. Having this type of misleading dealership fee is complete nonsense and I will be more cognizant of the intentional ripping off that occurs. More
