My lease was ending on my 3rd Lexus RX and because of the excellent service I have had in the past with Lexus of Sacramento I went back. I lease because I like a new car every 4yrs and it works for me. Kent Owens was the sales person I dealt with and he was awesome--made me feel like part of the family. He listened to what I wanted on my RX and made sure I got exactly that. We went for a test drive and had fun with all of the new features. I started part of the paper work that day and then came back the next day to finish up and work with Mike Zinda. Mike was awesome too and made everything so easy. I wanted to have my car Perma Plated and the wheel rims traded out so Jeff Dyke from Service handled that--excellently I might add. Last but not least was awesome help (with NO eye rolling) from Delivery Specialist Mark Castoreno. The cars after my 2009 come with keyless ignition and everything on a screen. Mark spent about 2rs with me going over the features which still baffle me. He was so patient and told me I could come back or call anytime for help. Then today I had a question for Kent. He didn't know the answer as the 2013 RX 350s have only been out about 3 weeks but I got a call from him in the afternoon with an answer. Kudos to all involved in my new lease. Because of the excellent service and excellent product that Lexus produces I will continue to be a loyal Lexus of Sacramento customer as I have been since 2001 and keep coming back. Thanks to Kent, Mike, Jeff and Mark!!!! More

We made an appointment for a test drive and we were greeted by Kent Owens. He was very professional, very polite. After driving a couple of the RX350's, we had an appointment with the Cadillac dealer to test drive a 2012 SRX. We ended up coming back about 4 hours later and inking a deal on a 2012 RX350. We did the Costco pricing and were very happy with the no-haggling way of buying a vehicle. Kent was busy with another client when we came back so we did the deal with Michael Kennedy...very nice and very knowledgeable. He even paired our Iphone and Motorola phones and downloaded the address books. Mike Zinda the finance manager doing all the closing paperwork was great. It's always a pain to do all that paperwork, but we chit-chatted and told stories and it went fairly quick. Nice fella. To show you what kind of customer service they do here, I have to let you know what happened the next day when we came back to get our old car. On the way in there we got hit with some bird dung that I swear came from a giant condor! I was pissed and drove like 70-80 mph to get in there and get it cleaned up. I hurried in and asked for Kent and told him what just happened. He said the porter was not in yet, so he just took off his jacket, rolled up his sleeves took it upon himself to get it cleaned up. Wow! Needless to say, I was impressed. I was in watching the game on tv and Kent was out in the breezeway helping my wife get a few more contacts loaded. These guys go all-out. If you are in need of a new ride and are considering a Lexus, you'll be wise to look up Kent Owens and Michael Kennedy. Thanks guys, Rich Lawson More

From the first call to the last call this dealership is extremely professional. We worked with Internet Sales as part of the Costco New Car Purchase Program. We knew what was available and what the price was before we ever saw the car. When we arrived we test drove it, filled out the paperwork and left with the car. Never has a car purchase been so relaxed and enjoyable as this one. The Finance Department were easy to work with. No hard sales on the optional items. They were shown to us as an option and the benefits explained with the price. Absolutely no pressure. More
