Jim Butlers Mechanics Take Forever We were told our thermostat would be put in and done by Tuesday at the latest so we dropped our car off the Friday before Monday. We call Tuesday and We were told our thermostat would be put in and done by Tuesday at the latest so we dropped our car off the Friday before Monday. We call Tuesday and they said they were just then running the diagnostic test. That was aggravating because they said they would have the car done by Tuesday and was just then running the test. Then they said they needed to replace the alternator as well and it should be done by Wednesday. That was understandable because it was something extra that needed to be replaced. Since Thursday was a holiday they weren’t in and wasn’t able to finish my car and have it back to me till Friday. We are not old enough to have a rental so it was aggravating that on our vacation we were without a car. Also if they would of had the thermostat in by Tuesday like they said then the alternator should of been done by Wednesday. More

Most Pleasant Car-Buying Experience I have ever had Treated fairly and honestly at every step. From taking a car home for a private test drive to answering my every question about the car. Car price was as shown on the internet with no "extra" costs popping up at the last minute. The sales consultant knew how to use the Jim Butler computer system and made the buying process very fast (less than 30 minutes), which is the fastest I have ever experienced - and I have purchased/leased many cars. Overall I have to say that this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had and I will return to Jim Butler the next time I need a new car. More

We love Jim Butler Casey Bauer isn’t in sales anymore but he’s a great friend and rearranged his schedule to help me purchase a car/truck.
