Was PUNISHED for this upon discovering WINDSHIELD busted, & instead of replacing this pre-existing condition, was told bc I already neg price down, they 'COULD NOT FIX'. We all know they absolutely can, it's relatively inexpensive and IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE for them to do so. Instead they offered to connect me w/ their windshield ppl for deeply discounted rate after I explained I didn't want to spend $25k & turn around & face $500 repair. Replacement quote from their ppl-$550. TO DATE, THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS. Was led to believe 'Stop/Start System' was 'unavailable', i.e. 'not equipped' on my vehicle when actually it is, there's just a problem w/ it, and a light indicating it should be serviced, which they refuse to look into. Day after bringing it home, light appeared indicating 'Service Shifter' and the gear control lights meant to indicate what gear it's in did not light up. To date, they refuse to take a look at this. They did agree to replace 2 tires. It has been almost 2 weeks, I've ASKED REPEATEDLY about the status of the tires arriving and scheduling service with no response. This is BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION. More

Great experience! My wife and I were looking for a certified pre-owned Durango Citadel and came across a nice one listed at Westgate. The price was significantly less My wife and I were looking for a certified pre-owned Durango Citadel and came across a nice one listed at Westgate. The price was significantly less than what we had seen for the equivalent vehicle at other dealerships, so we made the hour drive from the Greensboro area. When we arrived, they had the vehicle out front for us to drive. Mike Wing was a pleasure to work with - not pushy or hurried. During the test drive, we noticed that there were two missing items from the Durango: the wireless headphones for the UConnect entertainment/blueray system, and the painted tow hitch cover plate on the back of the vehicle. Westgate had the body shop paint a new hitch cover for us and they also sent us a new pair of headphones for the Uconnect system. I should also mention that they included a new set of floor mats as well! Those little touches made our purchase experience that much sweeter. When we talked numbers, everything was very reasonable; and they even gave us what we wanted on our trade. Danny was a pleasure to work with in terms of the contracts/financing. He also gladly assisted us (after the sale) when we decided to cancel the extended service contracts on the vehicle. Based on our experiences at past dealerships, we honestly did not expect Westgate to come through on the "extras" we requested. I'm glad to say that we were wrong! More
