Was supposed to see Mike Willlis but we dealt with Jimmy instead. The online price for the vehicle was 20,000 and some change but when we got there the price jumped up to 23,000 and some change. We talked w instead. The online price for the vehicle was 20,000 and some change but when we got there the price jumped up to 23,000 and some change. We talked with Jimmy and got him to come back down to the online price of $20,000 and some change however Jimmy disappapeared when we set down with the finance guy and after all was done we ended up paying 29,0000 and some change, put 8,000.00 down and the truck ended up being financed for 21,000 and change. Odd how Jimmy disappeared and we ended up paying more then the online price.I guess we will chalk it up to lesson learned. Should have only been 26,000 at the most. I would recommend this place but get schooled on tricks of their trade first. They were nice and professional. More

Sales person, Michael, was very friendly, knowledgeable, cordial and at no point did I feel an ounce of pressure. After test driving my 2024 Pathfinder, negotiating a price and signing all necessary documen cordial and at no point did I feel an ounce of pressure. I love this dealerships service department! From the director Michael fotie, to the service porters the service is second to none. Ken, Alex, Ruben, and the rest of the gang never miss a beat. I requested a multi-point inspection, and received one. Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replace Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replaced. The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was slightly high, but I anticipated that. No problem. Oddly, my volt meter gauge is now spiking intermittently while the vehicle is in transit. I'm wondering why this is happening, and how the shop technicians could've overlooked a potential issue. Although I still need a power steering fluid change/service, and to have my spark plugs replaced, I will take the Xterra elsewhere. The dealership charges too much for those services. Overall, the experience was so-so. More
