This is by far the WORST car dealership I’ve worked with in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being pas in over 20 years of buying. Their service department is atrocious. My BRAND NEW 2025 Atlas was in my possession for less than a week and has spent nearly 3 weeks in the service center for manufacturing problems. No updates are given-always have to call and pry information from various employees. AVOID Antwerpen VW!!!! More

Awful communication with this dealership. We don't have the part, weird you did when you made the appt., then it was they didn't have a mechanic, then they didn't have the tools, then the next week it was the part again. This went on for over 2 months. A repair shop claiming they don't have the wrench is a first for me. Steer clear would be my suggestion. More
