Very happy with Zach the Sales guy, very unhappy with the promotions and finance department. Am both military and first line worker dealing with COVID-19, and recieved and approved for a $500 voucher.....ho promotions and finance department. The salesperson we worked with was excellent, however there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. A deal had been agreed upon by both parties only to find an error had been made on the part of Tenvoorde financing. They did work to close the gap on this error, but certainly put a damper on the whole process! I felt very bad for our salesperson Mike for having to make the phone call to tell us of their error! He handled the situation with class and knew that we’d be upset. Highly recommend Mike for future dealings. More

Felt slimy when leaving We were at the dealership for over 4 hours. Waiting for the under staffed finance department to get to us. Asked if there were two sets of keys. Yes had two fobs one has a broken case also only got 1 physical key. I should have just left. Looking to get rid of this vehicle so I don’t have to deal with this dealership again. More

My salesman, Mike Warren, explained all the details of the F-150 and explained the overall cost up front. The Tenvoorde Ford pricing beat all other Ford dealerships especially when you factor in the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty.
