My name is Michael most people call me Mike. I was born in Chicago, Illinois lived there until I was 3 years old then ended up moving to South Florida and have here ever since. Originally I graduated from the Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career in Culinary Arts but then decided that I would take a break from that industry and plan on opening a restaurant at some point when I am older. Now I am a sales consultant at Gunther Volkswagen in Delray Beach and could not be happier. Not only do I enjoy coming to work everyday but I also enjoy working with different people all the time. Every customer is never the same which makes selling cars to different people so much fun. My goal to ensure a professional but fun buying experience along with exceptional customer service. Michael Velez was our salesman. He was excellent, knowledge and listened carefully to our criteria. But the best part is that Gunther gave us a better price than the one quoted us by our former deale knowledge and listened carefully to our criteria. But the best part is that Gunther gave us a better price than the one quoted us by our former dealership. Ultimately Gunther won us as new customers. The fact that they threw in window tinting as a present was the icing on the cake! More

We showed up to the dealership kinda late the day I got the car and he stayed until the end. He wasn’t pushy like a lot of salesmen can be. The week after I got the car there were a few things that needed to be taken care of and some questions I had regarding the sales agreement and warranty, so I called him and texted him a few times and he never once sounded annoyed and made sure everything was taken care of! Mike really took good care of me as his customer and made the whole experience a great one! Highly recommend going to see him if you’re on the market for a Volkswagen. More
