Mike was excellent to work with and helped to answer all of our questions when we were looking to upgrade our SUV. He was able to price out two comparing models to help us decide which one we ultimately wan of our questions when we were looking to upgrade our SUV. Our salesperson Mike Uhlman, is one of the very best we have worked with in our 35 year history of car buying. He is friendly and was very patient with our many questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about Acuras. He took us on 2 test drives that helped us learn more about the different models and features. He listened to our goals and got us our dream car tailored to our budget. He took a lot of time with us showing us how everything worked with the new technology. After we purchased he helped us set up our phone link, navigation, Sirius XM radio and other features. He was super nice and was not "salesy" at all. Brian Savo was our excellent finance guy. He got us an amazing interest rate and helped us with every step on the loan paperwork and insurance. He had great insight from his years of experience. The dealership is modern and attractive. In a time when many cars today are getting cheaper on quality, the Acuras are amazing. We always keep ours 10 years and they are still going. We bought a year old car and they had it like new with the comfort of their multiple point safety inspection. They gave us a timely turnaround which we appreciated. From my first phone call with Mike Uhlman and of my 2023 MDX at Schaller Acura was the most stress free and professional experience I have ever had. From my first phone call with Mike Uhlman and then James Merrill the dealership was very responsive and prompt with return phone calls/texts/e-mails. All was accomplished in one day. Mike even went out of his way to send me a video of my vehicle as it was unloaded from the delivery truck since I ordered a car that was in transit. The delivery of the vehicle to me was seamless. Mike was very patient as he explained the vehicles features and set up various functions for us. Brian Savo was a pleasure to deal with as well.
