She is a pleasant person to work with and went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Finally the young man at the service check-in, ( I wish I had remembered to get his name) Fixed my service problem within minutes of me driving up. Very helpful in maneuvering me through the complexities of that software display. Great people here. More

Sales department was great, however; the service assistant Kim was beyond incompetent. Doesn't check the vehicle before returning it with obvious issues making it up to the customer to discover at assistant Kim was beyond incompetent. Doesn't check the vehicle before returning it with obvious issues making it up to the customer to discover at a later date along with being absolutely rude. The general "manager", Mike, has a horrible attitude even when his staff has very obviously done a quite poor job. I would purchase here again for a great deal, then take my vehicle elsewhere for servicing because they will absolutely lie to you and run you around before finally doing what they agreed to do initially. Awful experience from two people who should never be customer-facing. More

Day 2 at the dealership. Bought a car yesterday, was so impressed that I brought back a family member to also pick up new Mercedes Benz today. Hands down the most amazing experience I’ve Ever had at a dealership ever. I will never go anywhere else!!! I drove 45 min. Milton Garcia was amazing, he and the manager of this location were so incredibly nice and helpful; especially being a woman, walking into a dealership can be a little intimidating, they were nothing like usual aggressive salesmen.
