I was very pleased with my service visit to Crest Volvo. Lynn was efficient and personable as usual. He's what keeps us coming back. I do, however have a frustration that may change that. It was my understanding that I would not be having any expenses for at least a year since my car was "good as new." My visit to Crest cost me over $500. Was told the "start stop" battery was not warranted as was the battery on the key fob also not warrantied. I'm hoping nothing else goes out as I truly believed the car was well warrantied. Thank you for asking. More

We had a little bit of an issue. We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. My husband figured out that it was a bra We live 2 hours away. Once we got the car home, we started experiencing loud popping and grinding sounds. My husband figured out that it was a brake problem. This was the first time that we have bought a car from Crest. We were thinking is this a lemon of a car? It took a few phone calls, but we were connected to Brian Bingham. My husband explained the issue and Brian got us an appointment for the next day. In a couple have hours, the issue was fixed. The only other thing was, I wished I had noticed that the car’s retractable cargo cover was missing. It was probably taken out of our and put in another car. We felt much more comfortable with Crest, once this brake issue was resolved. We will do business with Crest again in a few years. More
