Untrustworthy, fraudulent and unethical Sales, Finance and Service teams. Was told to lie to the warranty company so they wouldn't have to fix the lemon of a used car they sold us! These are unconscionable people and the reason why car salesman have a sleezy reputation! More

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! ! If you want to buy a used car from these guys, be aware that they don't check it before selling it to you. They'll sell it as they received it. The ! You can come back an hour later with a problem and they'll blame it on you. Have your mechanic check it completely before you give any money, and I mean everything including the tires (Mine had a huge plug that started leaking after a few weeks and they said I was responsible) The biggest problem was a faulty clutch which the Kia dealer diagnosed to be replaced, and they did not want to hear it. I bought the car with 15,000 miles so I could not be wear and tear. I felt the clutch was not working properly as I did the test drive. I thought I would have my mechanic check it after I got it hoping that the 90 day warranty would cover any problems. WRONG!!! I never had any problems with any car dealer in the 50 + years I drive, new and used cars. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. BEWARE!!! More

Finance Manager, Mike Starace is a con man. He added $604 for a Deposit Program that i cancelled 30 minutes after driving off the lot upon reviewvof my papers. This was on Janurary 7, 2023. The He added $604 for a Deposit Program that i cancelled 30 minutes after driving off the lot upon reviewvof my papers. This was on Janurary 7, 2023. The car was paid off within 72 hours after issuance and the NYS title is about to be released. Additionally, i have filed a complaint with NYS DMV. As of to date, i have been unable to receive an update on mt refund. The GM thinks that he is to important to return my call. The crook Mike Starace deserved to be in Orange Jump suit. He is not returning calls either. The Accounting office is always not available. This dealership should be closed down foe shady practice and spreading misinformation about penalty for paying off loan early More

I did my research on Thruway Nissan, at Thruway Nissan: 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😁👍 This was the first time I had ever financed a car from a dealership. I did my research on Thruway Nissan, at first I was skeptical from some past reviews I had seen. However, I took into consideration that most negative reviews were from years prior. I am happy to say I took a chance and financed a vehicle from this location. I will highly recommend Thruway Nissan to those looking to purchase or finance a vehicle! My first time experience; I had called about a car I had found online, being advertised on Autotrader, and I am so glad I did! Sales rep Steve Fernandez was by far the best of anyone that I could have imagined in service as being a sales rep. He was timely, understanding of my needs, and exceptional in all the ways that counted and more! Not only did he take the time to speak with me when the store was closing, he made time for me to come in and test drive the vehicle I was interested in at my convenience. Steve was an absolute pleasure to “work” with because he was so friendly, sweet, outgoing, and informative during the entire process! As I entered the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Steve, who acknowledged me by my name, before I even said who I was. He made me feel like a priority and not just another sale. Even after I had shown up later than I was expected, he went out of his way to make sure I had the opportunity to buy the car that I wanted, because it was almost sold to another customer at a different location. Steve made me feel welcomed and so secure with my purchase! He advised me of the whole process, including steps following my downpayment. He made sure I was able to pick up my car in less than a weeks time! He is the main reason I would highly recommend this place to buy a vehicle, among my new car being amazing! Steve, I cannot thank you enough and I will always refer you to anyone looking for a vehicle! I hope the next time I have to purchase a vehicle I will have the pleasure of doing business with you again! Mike was a part of the finance team and was also a please in doing business with! He is very informative and was super helpful with the financial aspects. He is knowledgeable and presented my financing options in latent terms, for someone who has very little to no idea about that end of the spectrum. VERY DECEPTIVE!! They have very very vague explanations on the fees they charge. The finance person who worked on my documents was very pushy and I was overcharged by $1,000 and about $1200 on "auto servic on the fees they charge. I bought a used car last December 15 worth around $10k and I was expecting around 1-2k on top of it (for sales taxes, doc fees, etc.). But my invoice showed a total of around $15k (for a 7 year old car). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! More
