Service dept seems to be fairly organized with good customer service. Only complaint is being on a waiting list to get moonroof repaired with no call back for 6 months. Worst service department yet! Had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change. Made the earliest I could schedule (8:30). Tried to call numerous times between 2:30 Had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change. Made the earliest I could schedule (8:30). Tried to call numerous times between 2:30 and 3 P.M. but no answer. Left a call back number. Waited 30 minutes and no call back. Finally had my wife drive me to the dealership to check on the status. The service adviser told me that there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine. What is the point of making an 8:30 appointment 3 weeks in advance just to find out my car has been sitting for over 6 hours without being addressed. Sadly I have purchased all but one of my new cars from Sunset over the past 30 years and up until now have been pleased with the dealership. This experience has left me soured on Sunset Ford! More

Good service and was in and out in a very short time. Unfortunately had to wait almost a month to schedule it, but I guess that couldn't be helped given circumstances beyond the dealership's control. I’ve been to the service center a few times and I’m typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I usually just wait until my name is called to pay for my service and leave. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about getting some pieces replaced that have come off my car. If I knew of a closer dealership, I’d probably go there for service. More
