Their service department is TERRIBLE There service department is terrible - from the service desk to the actual servicing of vehicles. I bought a soft top but didn't have the tools for There service department is terrible - from the service desk to the actual servicing of vehicles. I bought a soft top but didn't have the tools for the installation. The average installation time says is 3-4 hours. I got there and the service rep said the same thing. Then the head mechanic overheard this and said (with me standing there) "don't tell them that..it will take longer." It took them 7+ hours.. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and brought my Jeep in for my next service. I went in for an oil change and to see if they could fix my flat tire. I pointed to where I ran over a nail on the flat tire and the service rep said they could simply plug it and then rotate ALL 5 tires (which I asked for). I marked one of my tires to see if they would actually rotate the tires. I paid for the service, went my Jeep and took a look and the tire I marked was in the same spot. So I went to the flat tire they said they plugged in and I literally push it in with my finger. So, I went to back in to the service rep to ask about it and the service rep (with a xxxx-eating grin) said, "I told them to not try to hard if they couldn't find the hole..I mean I told them to rotate all five tires." So, I guess, since they did "rotate" all five tires, they must have deflated the 5th tire. What put me over the edge and why I'm writing this review is..I was speaking with a sales person while my friend was looking at Jeeps and the guy flat out said, "the service department charges so much / they add hours because they have to give oil changes (and other services) to a lot of vehicles for free because under warranty." More

Only Place I'll go now! I've been purchasing vehicles from here since 2008 when I bought my first jeep wrangler. From my experience during the times I've gone in to buy, I f I've been purchasing vehicles from here since 2008 when I bought my first jeep wrangler. From my experience during the times I've gone in to buy, I found the salesmen to be very helpful and non pushy, and I've always been able to get the deal and trade value that I want. The real gem is the body shop, Chris and his people do wonderful work! Best body shop around by far! More

FINALLY a great Chrysler dealership.I have dealt with FINALLY a great Chrysler dealership.I have dealt with five different Chrysler/Jeep dealerships since the purchase of my 2005 Chrysler 300 C, FINALLY a great Chrysler dealership.I have dealt with five different Chrysler/Jeep dealerships since the purchase of my 2005 Chrysler 300 C, beginning with Farina Chrysler in Marlboro, Ma where my car was purchased in 2004. The dealership closed approximately two years after i purchased the car. The next dealership was Midway in Framingham, Ma. After they closed down I attended Brigham Gill in Natick Ma followed by Dan's Jeep in Westborough Ma and most recently Clark and White located in Newton, Ma. "Two outta five ain't bad." Both Farina and Clark and White dealerships were the only two that stand out among the rest and have provided me with exceptional customer service. Kudos to Mike Sobchuk for exemplary professionalism, patience, knowledge and honesty. I also want to acknowledge Chuck Sturgeon for his professionalism and also Louis Fouyolle for his help when he didn't have too.
