Mr. Gerald Bradshaw’s kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, patience, and professionalism were unparalleled! I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle. On top of all of this, Mr. Bra patience, and professionalism were unparalleled! I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle. On top of all of this, Mr. Bradshaw is a veteran, like my husband. Moreover , Mr. Bradshaw is a Vietnam Veteran. I hope Casey does something to celebrate and thank him and other veterans for their service and sacrifice. More

Mr. Wille was so great to work with. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and even ended up staying a little passed closing time to make sure I had everything I needed. I ordered my 2020 Corvette from Casey in September of 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. General Manager, Ron Smith, kept me posted through the entire proc 2019. Due to the GM strike, then Covid, Corvette production was seriously delayed. General Manager, Ron Smith, kept me posted through the entire process. The car arrived in December 2020 and Ron and Rick Pelczarski gave me all the time I needed to familiarize myself with this amazing car. The entire buying experience at Casey was fantastic. In my opinion, this is the only place to consider when buying your Chevrolet. More

I am writing this review as an update to my glowing review I gave 10 months ago. I gave them 5 stars now they get 1star! The after care and service I've received since I bought my car has been sub par review I gave 10 months ago. I gave them 5 stars now they get 1star! The after care and service I've received since I bought my car has been sub par! These last few months has been horrible! First I take my 2019 vehicle in to get the AC serviced and was told it had too much freon in it (what???🤦🏾‍♀️) mind you no one has touched my car for any service because its BRAND NEW!!! I picked up my car I should have checked it before I left the lot, but it was cool outside. When I did turn it on I realized it still was not fixed so I returned it and they had it for over a week. I went to go pick up car and it was still not fixed. I left it there until they fixed it. When my car was ready instead of calling my cell they called my old office number where I no longer work and my voicemail said such. I then go pick up my car and the AC is good, but now I have a check engine light on (🤬😡🤬🤦🏾‍♀️) Something was broken while fixing the AC, so now I have to leave my car there yet again to get fixed. By this time I am heated. Well I finally got my car back, AC cold, and no engine light on. Next thing that has me so miffed with Casey is the fact I cancelled my warranties and was told I would have a refund check in 10 business days. That was June 22nd. Today is July 30thand I've seen NOTHING!!!!!!! I keep getting the run around! We have emailed and the response is slow. We have called and the response is slow. When you do talk to someone they sound sincere but their actions speak another language! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! All that I am asking for is to be treated like a paying customer, have the money returned to me for the warranties I cancelled within the next 10 days. More
