My initial interaction was overwhelmingly positive, as I was able to locate a vehicle and make a decision within a day. However, within a week of acquiring my new vehicle, I was notified of an error in my c was able to locate a vehicle and make a decision within a day. However, within a week of acquiring my new vehicle, I was notified of an error in my contract and requested to sign a new one. I complied and did so. Subsequently, I received another call after signing my second contract and was asked to sign yet another new contract. After 30 days, I followed up to inquire about the status of my paperwork and discovered an error. After several attempts to contact someone who could assist me, I was finally able to speak with someone who helped me resolve this issue. This process necessitated the signing of another “new” contract. As of almost 5 months later, I have yet to receive my vehicle registration tags. More
