Best service I have ever received. I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. After 20 days of having a car they had me bring it back 7 days before my firs I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. After 20 days of having a car they had me bring it back 7 days before my first payment was due. They then tried to put me in a car that was in the worst shape on the lot. I then decided to go to Vic Koenig. I was greeted by everyone which made me feel like it was a family. James then directed me to Russ both very kind and knowledgeable honest people. They did everything they could to make sure I was going to leave in a safe reliable car with in my price range. The Team at Kic Koenig is amazing no I will never go anywhere else. They made sure to explain anything I didn't understand. You where amazing and turned an awful car experience into an amazing one. Thank you all so much! More
