Just got a car from here last week. The salesman was fantastic but we had to wait to get the car until the rear brakes were replaced (which was fine) but they didn't replace 2 of the 5 The salesman was fantastic but we had to wait to get the car until the rear brakes were replaced (which was fine) but they didn't replace 2 of the 5 lug nuts on the rear tire and when we found out it was missing we had the car 2 days only. Once we brought their mistake to their attention they refused to pay for the damages cause by their service workers negligence. So now I have to foot the bill for them not doing their job right the first time. This company doesn't care about their customers after you pay them money. I suggest taking your money to an honest dealership that honor and fix any mistakes made by their xxxxty employees. More

I received an oil change last year in December and I tried to get an oil change this year. They have this new app they wanted to use and it tells you they never have an opening for one, two you call in tried to get an oil change this year. They have this new app they wanted to use and it tells you they never have an opening for one, two you call in (first come first serve is their usual policy) and they tell you to use the app (that never has an opening), and three when you do get service they’re lazy or decide to not perform the work correctly. I took my vehicle in somewhere else today and the mechanics told me my oil plug wasn’t placed back on the vehicle. I’ve been driving my vehicle with some strange issues the past few months and my oil level being lower than usual. One of my family members is disabled and uses the vehicle and finding out today Lithia did a half xxx job and put my family at risk isn't okay nor should we have to pay with our lives for their incompetence. Do not go here or risk your vehicle. It’s not worth the risk. More

Service Center Only I have the advanced notice for recalls on my truck. I received a text on my phone. I called the number for lithia and set up my appt. After dropping I have the advanced notice for recalls on my truck. I received a text on my phone. I called the number for lithia and set up my appt. After dropping off the truck they called me a couple hours later to let me know of a couple issues with my truck. Before they called me they looked to see if the parts were warranty and if not had price quote ready for me. I was thoroughly impressed. 1. The place I had it serviced prior to them obviously did a crap job because Lithia had to fix their screw up. 2. They were prepared unlike my last service center that always says "We will have to see after we fix it if you want". I was constantly updated and the work took only a few hours and they fixed the previous service centers screw ups. I will not take my truck to any other service center here in Anchorage. More

Honest shooters with solid service. Slipped in for the FCFS lifetime oil change I purchased with my vehicle. I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at wor Slipped in for the FCFS lifetime oil change I purchased with my vehicle. I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at work, but my service manager told me the vehicle would be done in an hour. I decided to wait. I eased over to the waiting area, sank into one of their comfy chairs and starting cruising the World Wide Web on the free internet provided. Less than an hour later I was released, got a print out of other things I should get fixed and I was out of there. I strolled into work before the 8 am bell went off. Great way to start my day. More
