I arrived at the lot only to follow through with my test drive appt These folks are definitely great when it comes to providing good customer service. I arrived at the lot only to follow through with my test drive appt. & I ended up leaving with the sweetest G37 in San Diego. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. Don was very eager to help me out starting from initial contact which was via email, and followed up with me constantly to give me updates on the vehicles I was interested in, to setting up an appt. that way I can test drive them. Upon my arrival at the lot, I was greeted by Aaron who welcomed me and let me know that Don was with another customer, so he took initiative and showed me to the vehicles I was interested in. I let him know I was there for a test drive and we hit the road almost instantly. Dude is very laid back and got nothing but good vibes from him. Right before I was gonna leave, they gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse to drive away with such a nice car. They offered and gave me top dollar for my trade in and let me finance with the institution of my choice because I love me a low interest rate. Mike was very knowledgeable when it came to breaking down the numbers and weighing out options for me. I know a car like the one I got will cost a pretty penny almost anywhere, but I walked out of there feeling like I just hit the jackpot. Julie was very nice and welcoming when I was waiting in the office to talk about the numbers. Only person that missed out on the sweet deal I was given, was Mauricio. They all said he’s a cool cat, and I believed them cuz they’re all pretty cool cats in my opinion. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here in the future, and will start recommending them to all my peers that are interested in getting a deal you can’t refuse. Now what shall I name my new baby?.. More
