Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Sa They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. After picking up my car, I noticed there was a crack (circular) about the size of a silver dollar, on the drivers side. When I contacted the dealership I was told they weren't responsible. I have left 2 messages for the repair department manager and have heard nothing. After dealing with this dealership, I don't ever want to buy another Infiniti! More

We had a "check engine" light come on and called Coulter right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon. Mike Rios from their service dept stepped me through everything right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon. Mike Rios from their service dept stepped me through everything needed to fix our 2017 QX80. He was very accommodating and they set me up with a loaner while it was being repaired. At first the service wasn’t the best. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. But after I finally got my q80 back. The cleaning was amazing so that made up for the other slow service. I would Recommend if the service dept doesn’t get a quick reply then go check the waiting room or call them. I was waiting in the waiting room the entire time. Consequently I didnt get any additional services due to the timing. Over all I think if I would’ve received the text it would’ve been an amazing experience. I did finally receive the text as I was leaving. Thanks for your service! I would consider coming back when needed. More
