We continued to look and decided to stop by Olathe Dodge to take another look during daylight hours a couple days later. Mike was off that day but was in the dealership just by chance. He made my wife and I comfortable. He knew we were knowledgeable, respected that and listened to our wants and needs. We would have been happier and given 5 stars if we only had to deal with Mike. Other personalities through the purchase process that we had to deal with were more "car salesman" style rather than just the down to earth character that Mike portrays. Submitted online credit application- very smooth. Everything about the car was perfect- color, lease vehicle that was well cared for and in showroom condition - a brand new car. Was able to test drive it alone and take it to the Mrs. She loved it and after the weekend, came in on Monday- signed paperwork and into the sunset. A great experience. More
