I know that I’m missing some people but as a long time customer if I can’t do something myself I come here. You pay more but I’ve NEVER had an issue. Just bought a 2020 F-150, but still have my first car customer if I can’t do something myself I come here. You pay more but I’ve NEVER had an issue. Just bought a 2020 F-150, but still have my first car a 2005 Crown Victoria (which is ford crate motor coyote swapped now) and I’ve ordered a good portion of parts from Sanders. My wife and I have DoD orders back west and I’ve never encountered another ford dealer at the same level of service quality and pricing. Just got some tires for her truck before the big move and Jake who I had never worked with (usually Al who is legit/awesome btw) but I didn’t see him when I walked in and the new experience from him (Jake) was on par with my previous experiences. Great to meet Jake and happy to continue to report that I’ll be trusting Sanders in the future and that the last 15 years indeed has been consistent. Those who weren’t rated I hadn’t interacted with but I have had ZERO issues. More
