It was easy to work with Mike. Ii was at another dealer and they would not deviate from script and Mike listened to me. I was asked once is I wanted to drive the new car and I said no need, I know the veh and they would not deviate from script and Mike listened to me. The transaction went smoothly and did not take all day and not lots of lines about oh I have to get this or that approved by a manager they offered the price and trade in was fair.
