The first $2300 repair attempt did not resolve issue. Felt dealership was focused on up selling not addressing root cause. Root cause was the same issue that has occurred three times before. Altho Felt dealership was focused on up selling not addressing root cause. Root cause was the same issue that has occurred three times before. Although not charged for the repair that did not address the problem, the impact to you dealerships credibility has been done. Although your service manager did a very good job at service recovery. I knew the issue. Yes expressed my concern. You opened a factory sealed transmission unnecessarily. I will have trust issues with your dealership going forward. More
