Extremely frustrated with this dealership, got a Ford F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one wee F150 from them. The day that I bought it, the vehicle went straight to service because there was a nail in the tire not a big deal. Less than one week after having it needed to come back to service I got the vehicle back and it is now back into service for rear end problems. I’ve had this truck for less than a month and it’s been service longer than I have had it. These issues should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle. You guys need to do the right thing I need to take this vehicle back or get me in a different truck. This is unacceptable from a dealership/company. Nor is it fair I get stuck with a truck with a bunch of issues. More

Misleading with prices, Tyler stated truck was a V8 but it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different price more than double! Was told it was done then called back to confirm and was told gap was not removed, it should not be this difficult to get what is requested completed and get a reply back to an email. What if I didn’t call and just took their confirmation? also was given 2 keys that didn’t work for a brand new truck More
