I bought a truck from them as a out of state customer my transmission blew up within 3 days of owning the car. Since I already drove the car out of state to MA for work I called them to see how they wanted transmission blew up within 3 days of owning the car. Since I already drove the car out of state to MA for work I called them to see how they wanted to handle the situation they said since I was out of state that the warranty is void. After threatening to bring my attorney in on the matter they said they would do the repairs if I paid to tow it to them… since it’s a $9,000 transmission I did that. When the truck was there I also had them fix multiple other things that were hidden on the car they definitely did not do a proper state inspection on this vehicle. Well then I pick up the car and drive back to MA then I drive back to MN no issues. Well one day I’m looking through the truck glove box and I find the previous owner and there wife’s birth certificates bank statements and check books. I went on Facebook and called them and we got to talking. They informed me that they got a lesser price on there truck trade in because the transmission was bad. THIS MEANS THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A TRUCK WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION! Which cost me towing fees, rental car fees, hotel fees, gas fees, travel meals and lost work and they refused to refund me a penny for any of this. At which time they told me they wouldn’t pay me a penny. So if you are an out of state customer looking for a deal on a truck DO NOT DO IT!!!! Tony the sales guy was a nice guy but not the kind of nice you want to get xxxxed by especially considering he didn’t buy me dinner first. Awesome, swift experience! I went there to see one car in particular, took it for a test drive, and was given plenty of time and gas to drive till I felt comfortable with it. They were so accommodating, even bought us lunch ! ..before a deal was ever made. They were all very personable and made it a very enjoyable experience. They really look out for your best interest to make sure you get into the right car/truck. They gave me all the options available, and after test driving 3 cars/trucks, I ended up selecting a 2017 Ford Explorer. It is an amazing vehicle and will serve our family very well for a very long time. Words cannot express how happy and content I am with the services of everyone there at Crazy Cheap Cars ! You will NOT be disappointed ! More

I literally saved $2000 to $3000! I started looking for a GOOD used pick-up truck about 3 weeks ago. Living in Batavia shopping local is limited so I started my search in Rochester and I started looking for a GOOD used pick-up truck about 3 weeks ago. Living in Batavia shopping local is limited so I started my search in Rochester and Buffalo (a 40 to 50 mile journey). I started to get a bit frustrated as prices seemed just out of reach for my budget. My credit wasn't A1 but its not terrible either so I was getting frustrated at the interest rates dealers were quoting me. A friend suggested that I try Crazy Cheap Cars, a dealership just 8 miles from home. I checked their website ( www.crazycheapcars.com ) a found a truck at a great price. I called them up, asked if it was available still, which to be honest I can't tell you how many times I called other dealers about an "Internet Special" just to be told, "Oh we just sold it, but we have another just a bit more $$" Anyway the truck was there at the price advertised and the financing! That's what sealed the deal! I got a great rate (lower than expected) and a payment RIGHT where I needed to be. Drove my new truck home that day! That same truck in Rochester and Buffalo was being quoted to me anywhere from $2000 to $3000 higher. That coupled with a higher interest rate would have cost me a hundred dollars more per month. So in the end I got what I felt to be a CRAZY DEAL! Its been a couple of weeks and I did have to take the truck in for some minor issues. When I picked the truck up Mike (The service manager) told me he had his guys go over the truck and replaced a few things (one was brake pads and rotors) just b/c he didn't like the way they looked. That's service! So would I recommend this place to a friend? OH HECK YEAH! More
