I was very happy to hear that Westside Lexus could order a car with exact specs that I wanted, if I was willing to wait. I was, and the car was delivered in ~4.5 months. We love our new RX450h! Mike Nelson handled all the details, was very knowledgeable about the options, and guided us seamlessly through the process. My only small complaint was that it took about 2 hours to receive delivery of the car at the dealership, even though I was paying cash. Seems like it could have been a bit quicker, but overall a great experience. More
