Sure, the aftermarket hitches are less expensive and I may have been able to install it myself, but was it the best option? The Subaru hitch was made specifically for the vehicle, would be stronger, would be installed by a Subaru technician and that peace of mind made it the right choice for me. They had the hitch in stock and I had my car back within a few hours. Very happy my choice. More

Top notch service department So I had 2 new tires put on the rear of my car today. Before I even get out of my car Mike Needham is walking towards me and greeting me. As usual he explains everything to me and is very knowledgeable. As I'm waiting 3 to 4 other employees walk by me. But what is really nice they don't just walk by me they took the time to say good morning and can I help you with anything or said something to me. Its nice that employees no matter if they were service, mechanics, or just maybe the person moving cars around all very friendly staff. Jennifer Becker is always so nice as well, even though I always deal with Mike she always talks to me. Mike also recommended some things I will be needing about the time my next oil change is do so that was great to know so I would be expecting to spend a little more money and have him do everything. Always great service and very professional and friendly staff. More
