Mike our salesman was super helpful and kind. Was on his way out but stayed and took the time needed with us. Will, I believe the sales manager, was not as attentive to what needed to be done. The day we were scheduled to pick up the vehicle (Monday) was his day off and nothing had been completed for financing even though we had completed our documents on the iPad days before. Someone else had to take care of it and we ended up being there for approximately four hours. Also, we had asked for pricing on the vehicle several times (different days) and never got it until we physically went back in to the dealership. The vehicle we wanted was in transit so there was plenty of days the information could have been given to us. Your promotions ended on Monday with new ones out Tuesday and Will never got back to us. Used car purchaser here. Zero pressure. Felt more like the family dealerships of the old days. No being taken to a room and subjected to psyops once I expressed interest i Zero pressure. Although my primary contact was Mike, everyone at the dealership took a bit of time to say hello and were exceptionally friendly. The first day I visited was extremely busy as there was a sale going on but Mike found time to get the keys for the car I was looking at and set me up with a drive. I was treated fairly and with respect. Can't ask for more than that! Although I am not much of a negotiator, we did have a bit of good natured back and forth; arriving at numbers for a trade in, final price, and financing which were fair to both of us. Financing was easy, straightforward, and as simple to understand as these things go with zero pressure to add on items such as extended care, etc. The whole dang thing was about as easy as could be. Highly recommend a visit. More
