From the initial configuration to the final delivery, the entire process was seamless and trouble-free, thanks in large part to the phenomenal support of Mike McPherson. The journey, from submitting my build specifications until the vehicle arrived, took approximately five months. During this entire period, Mike was an outstanding partner. He possessed an incredible depth of knowledge and answered every single one of my questions when configuring the vehicle, ensuring my Macan GTS was exactly what I envisioned.
