I've had a Ford for the past 7 years and have found the service at Royal Oak Ford to be outstanding. George always does a great job and I appreciate their prompt shuttle service. I was considering buying a General Motors car this time though, because of their ONSTAR feature. But yesterday I heard on the news that GM is going to fight the California emissions standards and that was the deciding factor. I made the decision to go with Ford because they are taking action to help protect the environmnet. More

I had been driving my husbands Escape and was looking to change to a smaller car. Instead I have upgraded to a larger vehicle, primarily because the service was exceptional (the car is great too)! I did not feel like another “sale”. I felt heard and my questions/ concerns were addressed. Working with Mike M, Franco and Nick was like talking to family. It was absolutely the most “low pressure” car buying experience that I have ever had and I walked away with not only a great vehicle but also an incredible customer experience. More
