Honestly like every other dealer, all they care about is selling the car out and then they do not even worry about what they promise the customer, well at least my salesman has been acting like that. And when I come out telling them something they take the the help that they gave. You don’t do that as a buying customer they are there to help and try to sell the vehicle to you. But I guess some of them are there to seek and than after not care about the customer. Even finance I am very upset, frustrated, and will not even doe they have helped me get my vehicle with no down payment, but I have trade it my vehicles for more than was actual price. Now they don’t even try to help. Sales man just likes to seek vehicle than not care. Finance I feel the same way now. More

This dealerships service department attempted to steal from me by committing fraud. They stated I needed brake pads when in fact the ones on the vehicle were brand new. I was also further deceived by my w from me by committing fraud. They stated I needed brake pads when in fact the ones on the vehicle were brand new. I was also further deceived by my warranty coverage after following the advice of an employee. When bringing in my vehicle to see if an issue was covered by my warranty I was charged a mandatory diagnostic fee even though the problem was readily apparent. Rather than be empathetic to my problem McCormick actually scoffed at me on the telephone. He stated he simply couldn't take the word of what customers stated was wrong with their vehicles. When I cam to pick up the vehicle McCormick turned his back on me, glared at me from across the service department, and never spoke a word to me. He knew who I was at that point as my service advisor was with him. Due to my experience with this dealership I warn everyone away from Criswell Chevrolet in Gaithersburg. This is a shame because I enjoy my Tahoe and will now have to drive out of my way to another chevrolet dealer to avoid the fraud and unfair business practices used here. I will be reaching out to numerous government agencies to complain about the criminal violations occurring here. More

I bought my 2020 Chevy Silverado with a warranty about a month ago I dropped it off for a fuel pump. No one has been able to tell me when the car will be ready. Mike wasted my time trying to justify $290 labor to install a GPS antenna. The 1st $160 labor bill (took a few minutes) was to tell me the antenna was broken. Then $130 labor to install. HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away but will NEVER bring my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day!
