He was welcoming, transparent, and clearly committed to making sure everything was handled the right way. It’s not often you feel that level of leadership involvement in a dealership experience, and it made a real difference. Maged Roushdi was outstanding throughout the entire process. He knew the answer to every question I had—whether it was about features, trim differences, or the latest updates on the 2027 Telluride. His knowledge gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Just as importantly, he was incredibly responsive over text, which made communication easy and efficient. No waiting around, no pressure—just straightforward, helpful guidance. What really stood out was how easy and enjoyable the whole process felt. Maged was professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It never felt like a typical high-pressure sales environment—instead, it felt like working with someone who actually cared about getting you into the right vehicle. Mackenzie Florence closed the deal for us, and was quick and accurate, and was more than happy to make a few extra copies for me.
