Another Update *** 5/15/25: Please see my review from below. My 2025 Colorado Trailboss had to have a full transmission replacement after only 400 miles. I received the vehicle back with the new transmis below. My 2025 Colorado Trailboss had to have a full transmission replacement after only 400 miles. I received the vehicle back with the new transmission on 4/29. Now on 5/15 the vehicle is back in the service department with metal debris in the oil pan and the vehicle will require a full "tear down" of that replacement new transmission. GM quality is an absolute disgrace. And of course there is no type of reimbursement for me as a customer experiencing this horrific experience. Based off of the dealer and GM policy I have to wait for the tear down and for them to fix the vehicle even though the last time they claimed to fix it and bring it to "factory standards". Buyers beware of this dealership and GM brand trucks. The quality is simply not there. Truly a shame management and ownership can't step in and resolve the issue with a full replacement of an obviously extremely defective vehicle. I am sure they will just "fix" it like the last time and of course the vehicle will fail again, and simply not replace or refund this Lemon, based off of their "policies". Any customer would reasonably think there is no way that a person can make a $50k purchase of a new 2025 truck, and experience such major mechanical failures that place my family, children and the public at a safety risk; but at this dealership you will experience just that, and receive no type of reimbursement for this horrific experience, only that they are bound by "GM policies". This issue along with all the national level recalls on these GM products just show the reality of the poor quality standards of this company. This dealership is wonderful, the minute I walked in I knew it was going to be good. I was greeted right away by Mike from Management Department and turned over to salesman Andrew Pilch. Little did I know how lucky I would be to with Andrew. Andrew made me very comfortable with conversation and explained everything very knowingly with the truck we found. He explained all the rebates I could get and great pricing right away. If you want someone who is honest and follow up with anything you need to know get Andrew honestly. Also I would like to say Karen Ann Rose in the finance department is the sweetest beautiful lady, this speaks all. More

Worst service people to deal with. Fits their site says, regarding appointments... "No appointment necessary". So juts in case I called at 11:30 AM to insure I could get in for an oi Fits their site says, regarding appointments... "No appointment necessary". So juts in case I called at 11:30 AM to insure I could get in for an oil change. "First appointment I have in 2 days" ....your site says no appointment necessary..."Then why are you call ?" she responded. To make sure you can get me in. "I told you the next appointment if 2 days, at 2:30" ...you website says 6 PM. " Our Technicians only work til 430, last appointment is 230." . I called back to speak to the service Manger..."what is this regarding I was asked" A problem with the service department I responded. " He's not hear I'll transfer you to his voice mail". I was then transferred to a non-working extension. Called back to speak to the General Manager, again I am asked "What is this regarding" a problem with the Facility. "He's not here I'll transfer you to his Voice Mail" Sadly three days later still no call back. I just want to know how they place NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY on their website then say you must make an appointment. Not sure of the names of the people I spoke to.
