We had a Ford E-350 super duty fully in service ambulance develop a serious problem. Corwin Ford bent over backwards to get our ambulance back in service. Everyone I worked with was amazing. They took good care of my car, keeping it indoors while waiting on parts. Additionally, they kept me posted on the progress of the repair process. I have absolutely no complaints other than the price of parts and service. It was a lot. First and foremost for how busy this location is you should be able to schedule an appointment more than two weeks out. Additionally I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and didn’t get checke should be able to schedule an appointment more than two weeks out. Additionally I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and didn’t get checked in till 30 minutes after my appointment time only had two guys working the counter and both were standing around and talking while there’s 5 plus people in line. Took them about 2 hours of me sitting there in the waiting room to be done with my truck. oh but that’s not all, my keys and the paperwork Now we’re placed on the counter top and the two gentlemen were to busy talking for another 30 minute's until I finally got up and said something. The QUIK part of your quick lane is the selling point to come here so maybe try to work on making it QUICKER More

My experience with corwin ford has been a bit controversial. They have handled business poorly for me at times. Fortunately they do have some staff members that, when you escalate your problems a controversial. They have handled business poorly for me at times. Fortunately they do have some staff members that, when you escalate your problems accordingly, will go above and beyond to get you taken care of! I had issues with the service department until a member of the accessories team recognized my situation and stepped in to make sure I was taken care of. More
