I recently visited Coulter Cadillac for what should have been a simple oil change, and I won’t be returning after this disappointing experience. The service department’s lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made what should have been an easy process unnecessarily frustrating. At drop-off, I provided all the necessary details, including my maintenance contract. Basic tasks like verifying the contract and recording my truck’s mileage were mishandled, and despite having three hours to confirm payment through my service contract, the team failed to do so. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was told the payment hadn’t been received, and I had to resolve the issue myself by contacting the service contract provider. Pricing was also an issue. I was charged more than the amount listed on the dealership’s website, and when I questioned the discrepancy, the service manager incorrectly claimed the charge included a tire rotation—something I hadn’t requested. His dismissive response and lack of accountability only added to my frustration. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the service performed and the dealership as a whole. From start to finish, it felt like the priority was upselling and deflecting responsibility, rather than providing honest and professional service. I’m sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend Coulter Cadillac’s service department. More

Tim has been nothing but a great service provider with top notch customer service. I’ve had a couple issues with my Sierra and he had them fixed under warranty, no questions asked & back on the road in no top notch customer service. I’ve had a couple issues with my Sierra and he had them fixed under warranty, no questions asked & back on the road in no time. 10/10 recommend. PS- bring 6 bucks with you for the cafe. Best deal in town. More
