The staff are very helpful and courteous. The managers are very customer-oriented and have been a great help. Can’t find much I would say bad about them. Service Department stepped up large on an error on a repair. They went out of their way to correct the problem and cause me as little inconvenience as possible. I would highly recommend Michael Lopez an repair. They went out of their way to correct the problem and cause me as little inconvenience as possible. I would highly recommend Michael Lopez and their service department, They are head and shoulders above the service Departments of any of the area Audi Dealerships. I Would go back again! More

We began using Audi Freehold in 2020 , I was unable to find my Audi at their dealership but by the way they treat me you would think I’ve bought 10 cars from them. Always with great loaners and staff who find my Audi at their dealership but by the way they treat me you would think I’ve bought 10 cars from them. Always with great loaners and staff who listen to issues and get it fixed right the first time. All the service advisors are very knowledgeable. The Technicians always send a video update. This is how auto service should be. More

Ray Catena Audi of Freehold was very accommodating. I had to reschedule my 8 o’clock appointment until 11 am and it was done without discussion. When I arrived the Service Advisor, Michael Lopez,imme I had to reschedule my 8 o’clock appointment until 11 am and it was done without discussion. When I arrived the Service Advisor, Michael Lopez,immediately greeted me, established rapport, and discussed my service needs. Aside from the 10 k service, I also had a recall that I’d just received the day before. No problem. He got me out long before the expected time of 1 o’clock. Nice job on cleaning and vacuuming the 2021 Q5 too. Great service. More

My wife & I had an appointment for our Audi Q 5. The drop-off was extremely easy, and very quick. We were directed to a Service Advisor, who greeted us and immediate brought up the car / appt. in The drop-off was extremely easy, and very quick. We were directed to a Service Advisor, who greeted us and immediate brought up the car / appt. info on the computer. He knew we were going to wait for the service to be completed. The car left the drop-off area before we left his desk. We were cordially escorted to the waiting area which was very clean and very comfortable. While waiting we were visited by the Service Manager. He asked if we were OK, and would we like water, coffee or anything. He was very friendly and gracious. We really got the feeling the Service Dept. "cares" about giving customers excellent service. A great experience. More

I always reach out to Denis Carey when I am ready for a new vehicle and I just recently leased my third vehicle from the Catena Audi Freehold group. I always reach out to Denis Carey when I am ready for a new vehicle and he is extremely helpful in getting me the best car at the best pricing. Even in these very difficult times, Denis was able to secure me a car and he spent countless hours in assisting me with my needs. He has always been the person I reach out to and I am always assured of the best outcome whenever Denis is on the scene with me. Next I had the pleasure of working with Tom in sales, and he is extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable and totally not pushy at all. I really enjoyed my car shopping experience having Tom as my sales rep. And now to bring up the service department, and Mike Lopez. Mike and I have had years of great service together starting with my first Audi 2009 cabriolet and MIke was my service rep then, over 13 years ago. Since then I have had 3 more Audi’s, and have been so pleased with the treatment and respect that Mike in the service department has given me. Everyone in that department is so helpful always. And I also want to give a shout out to Warren, a very friendly face when the big garage doors go up. He is always there to greet and give a nice Ray Catena treat which is always waiting on the seat after service. Five stars all the way !!! Dr. Shari Collins More
