When I called to make my reservation, the lady I spoke with was very professional. I picked the day and she gave me the available times. When I got there, Mike was very professional and friendly. I told him about my having to put air in my back tire every other week; he notated it and it was taken care off. The wait was a bit long but it was a Friday and there were quite a few customers waiting when I got there. The courtesy car wash was icing on the cake. I'll definitely return. More

Infiniti of Ontario is great, always deserve 5 stars. Everyone there is super nice and helpful but Mike Longridge is one of the big reasons we keep coming back. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. We live up the hill in the high desert and yesterday's service was under kind of a tight window to get back home for another appointment, Mike arranged with the awesome loner car department for us to use a car to get our errands done locally while we waited, we barely got them done before the well oiled machine service department had our SUV ready. Don't see us going anywhere else anytime soon! More
