Worse experiance EVER! Got to the dealer and they told us the car was in transit and wouldnt be therre for a week but we "SHOULD LOOK AT OTHER CARS ON THE LOT." Lie #1. Straight up bate and switch. Then they show us another car we picked on the web site. They come back and tell us its $5,000 over sticker. " market adjustment" The site gives one price, then they tell you its more once you do all the papwerwork. Lie #2 Then they tell us our 2016 Optima would only fetch $2800 in a trade in. The final answer direct from the manager " BUY IT ON OUR TERMS OR WE WILL JUST SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE" So we ment to Mt. Holly Nissan. pruchased a New Altima for $1000 under sticker and they gave us $9,000 in trade in. BE AWARE OF THIS LOW CLASS DEALER More

The only thing that was a problem is that they told me I needed normal service when they called to tell me my car was ready, although I had asked earlier.
