It was my first time with Del Toyota. I called them about a Tundra that I saw online and they gave me the info that I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, I was lead to the sale I called them about a Tundra that I saw online and they gave me the info that I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, I was lead to the salesman Mike and from that point it was Awsm! Test drove the Tundra and I took it home that evening. Great Experience!!! More

Sales person Mike got the exact car I wanted, which was a special color in the RAV 4 line. Brian, their tech guy was extremely thorough and a good trainer he didn’t try to push buttons. I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked into the dealership. Great service. Great result! On the day that I picked up my car, someone made sure that my iPhone was paired with the audio system in th dealership. Great service. Great result! I felt very welcome and look forward to having my maintenance appointments with this dealership. When a woman walks into a dealership by herself, she is usually attacked by a gang of salesman. This was not the case. I was helped immediately, told the salesman exactly what I wanted, and he found the right car for me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Del Toyota. They are the best in around! More

Our Salesmen did not setup the lease deal as per our verbal agreement and we are very disappointed! This was a bait and switch and unprofessional at the least. The Deal of which was to match anoth verbal agreement and we are very disappointed! This was a bait and switch and unprofessional at the least. The Deal of which was to match another dealer was to be including GAP, Fees and Ins. for a 39mo, 15k Mile lease. However, The contract was written with no GAP & 12k Miles. I ended up giving in on GAP costs and paid more than agreed. The milage issue is yet to be resolved. I hope it was just a clerical error and is fixed Monday. We picked up on Saturday 1/4/25 and I sent an E-mail to the Finance Manager on Sunday 1/5 about the issue. I hope that Del has the integrity to make things right. I really would like to speak to the GM as this has been a less than good experience with Mike!!! 610-570-6396 (Jeremy) Note: the overall Experience with Mike was POOR!
