In December we went to and purchased a Honda CRV EX-L 2020 from Michael Lehman. What a great experience that was compared to past salespersons we have purchased auto's from. We especially loved the offer on our trade-in car. After taking things out of our trade-in car we loaded up the new one after all the papers were signed and license and other fees were paid. The entire Honda of Ocala team is very efficient and lets you know regarding "any extras" that are available. The three year front to back coverage was also great and this car will be driven with love and care for some years before we have to trade it in for another vehicle. Honda of Ocala also has our favorite service person in Scott Westerkon. We have been working with him for all of our services for many years. A few weeks back we purchased a 2020 Honda CRV EX L. We spent close to two hours with our salesman Michael Lehman. This sales person for Honda of Ocala was the best we have ever had in the long history of spent close to two hours with our salesman Michael Lehman. This sales person for Honda of Ocala was the best we have ever had in the long history of purchasing automobiles. From first coming in contact with Michael he was always very attentive, professional and covered absolutely everything you would want to know about not only our purchased automobile but also other 2020 models for comparison. He also covered the 2021 models. We went for a test drive and he covered the many safety features of the car. After lunch we came back and talked about the price Michael had given us and worked out a price that was agreeable to the dealership and us. After signing the contract for the car he offered for us to come back and he would go over the safety features of the car and even set-up other things the car has, phone, radio, safety mechanism, and others. We are 100% happy with Michael and Honda of Ocala is fortunate to have such an excellent salesman that works for them.
